returns policy

For us, it’s important to love your KISS THE FROG jewel as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your new purchase, we will offer you a full refund within 14 of receipt.

However, for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.
Please note that every item should be at in the original packaging and unworn, sent via registered mail or courier.

Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods. Your bank may take up to 7 working days to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit.

KISS THE FROG jewelry is made of 925 Sterling Silver and receives a plating. We plate with white rhodium or 24K yellow gold.
Every piece we create is made with love and needs to be treated suitably, so have in mind that all items that are hand-painted using enamel and gold/rose plated are sensitive, so avoid contact with chemicals such as soaps, perfumes and take them off while showering or swimming.
However we will refresh or repair your jewels when needed, in that case, you will send us a photo and we will quote you a price and a time frame for the cost

orders

If an item is in stock and available for shipping it will be sent within 2-4 working days.  If an item is not in stock it will be made to order and the item will usually take 1-2 weeks to deliver.  When the order is shipped, you will be notified.

Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time window.  A sales representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.

KISS THE FROG reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by the company.

how do I order online

Simply click on the product you want and add it to your cart. Don’t forget to include your ring size or preferred finish where available.

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure. All payments on the website are conducted through PayPal and STRIPE to ensure a safe transaction.

Once your item has been sent we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s shipment.

We ship worldwide to anywhere that has a decent postal service. Just make sure to select your country during check out and update your cart total to see the total amount before paying.

Please be aware that all orders will require a signature on delivery. Please keep this in mind when giving your delivery address (home or work).

Once a product is shipped, standard delivery time is 1-2 working days in EU countries and 2-3 working days in US.

For international shipments outside the European Union, all import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
